In this second half of Part Two, I'll be looking at the American Medical Association's Code of Ethics, as well as some pages from the Connecticut State Medical Society, the Medical Society of the State of New York, and the naturopaths' mimicking 'society' in New York State and their ND Bongiorno.  I will also cover the recent verdict of the Ezekiel Stephan trial in Alberta, Canada.
